The center ring is a safety device that allows the collar to roll over on the dogs neck should he get it caught on a fence, limb, etc and often frees him. these are made of 3/4" Wide Latigo Leather. Comes with a "Free" brass nameplate riveted to the collar. We recommend JUST your name and phone number. The less you put on a tag the easier it is to read. Your address does no good, no one is going to write you a letter. The best you can hope for is a phone call if someone finds your lost dog. These tags are brass and 5/8" x 2 1/2". Please put the nameplate info in the comments section when completing your order. Max 4 lines, 17 characters per line. Please Note: Collar size is the dogs actual neck measurement, not the length of the collar. I.E. A 16" collar fits a 15" to 17" neck. Brown Leather.
