The center ring is a safety device that allows the collar to roll over on the dogs neck should he get it caught on a fence, limb, etc and often frees him. these are made of 3/4" Wide Latigo Leather. Please Note: Collar size is the dogs actual neck measurement, not the length of the collar. I.E. A 16" collar fits a 15" to 17" neck. Brown Leather.
