The center ring is a safety device that allows the collar to roll over on the dogs neck should he get it caught on a fence, limb, etc and often frees him. You can clip a lead or leash to the center ring. Shadowgrass Camo with non-glare black hardware, blends with cover. Comes with a "Free" brass nameplate riveted to the collar. We recommend JUST your name and phone number. The less you put on a tag the easier it is to read. Your address does no good, no one is going to write you a letter.
