It fits neatly on a black, plastic, caster base, allowing mobility for the required socialization of your puppy. Some of the features: The pen measures 35" long, 23" wide and 27" high, The mesh measures 1 3/8" X 3 7/8", Made from sturdy 9 and 11 gauge wire, Great for dogs up to 50 pounds. Pen interior is adjustable from 16 1/2" wide to 35" wide in 1 3/8" increments. This adjustability is important in the development of your puppy. If given too much space in a pen, a puppy will instinctively select a corner to soil in and a corner to sleep in, complicating the housebreaking process. Dogs need to feel secure and cozy, with enough room to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably. This is why the added feature of adjustability is a must when purchasing a puppy pen.
